One evening an old Cherokee told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people.
He said, “My son, the battle is between two wolves inside us all.
“One is Evil - It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.
“The other is Good - It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith.”
The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather: “Which wolf wins?”
The old Cherokee simply replied, “The one you feed.”
Science and Religon
It’s sad to see such hate towards religion in general. While not a religious person myself, I find the anger and blind hate towards religion to be downright ignorant. I am all for seeking truth and not blindly believing in any certain thing but it seems to be a growing trend to blindly accept science, ex. Evolution without all the proper facts, while dogmatically attacking and outright rejecting religion as anti science, and all around evil. While many people have done evil things in the name of religion, religion has done a lot of great things in the world, and I would love to one day see the two peacefully co exist rather than there need to be a choice between one or the other. Science’s goal should not be to disprove God, but to simply seek truth, and have no bias on other subjects such as religion.

Alone On V-Day!
It’s not so bad. Love? Psh overrated.
My heart goes out to the family of the 3 lives lost in the shooting today at the University of Alabama. May God rest their souls.
